If you are new to yoga then a group class is a fantastic way to learn and introduce yourself to the practice.
All our classes are suitable for different levels and offer breathing techniques, some flowing dynamic sequences, gentle passive poses and mindfulness meditation.
The knowledge gained through Group Classes will enable you to move onto Self Practice sessions.
