SELF PRACTICE

Self Practice is a great way to develop an intuitive yoga practice and you will learn how to adjust based on how you feel that day. Sessions are always supervised to help you remember sequences or ask questions.

Self Practice requires enough knowledge to do your own practice and that’s what we teach you in Private Tuition or Group Classes.

The studio is open for one and a half hours so you can start whenever you like. We offer sessions early and mid mornings, evenings and weekends.

Costs

$17 per weekfor 2 sessions$8.50 per session
$22 per weekfor 3 sessions$7.33 per session

Start time is flexible as long as you finish in time.
Practice what you feel is right for that day.
